George Holmquist

A Florida native, George is a 29-year-old racer new to the jet ski scene, but no stranger to adventure. Having fallen in love with jet ski riding during his first ever experience on a pwc while on a skating trip to Dubai in the summer of 2015, it wasn’t long before George had a Yamaha Waverunner of his own and was getting hours of riding under his belt. Amidst his professional career as a marketing and product development executive in the automotive advertising industry, he finds the time to serve as his team’s mechanic and coach in addition to his own training. Despite his rookie status, George has proven himself early-on in his career by ranking amongst some well-renowned riders in both the P1 AquaX series and the other pro/am events that he has participated in. He and his partner and teammate, Amanda LeCheminant, have already shown dedication to the sport, having traveled cross-country to compete in the first ever P1 AquaX Great Lakes series, where George finished in the top 10 in the 300hp runabout endurance class in what was only the third race of his career.
